Hospitality Package Information

Our Standard Hospitality Package includes;

- On a Saturday, hospitality includes; Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner + a bar between 11am and 4pm

- On a Sunday, hospitality includes; Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea + a bar between 11am and 4pm

- All hospitality is provided in a tailor made hospitality suite, measuring over 35m by 17m and capable of seating up to 250 people (the size will vary between meetings depending on location and expected numbers), and the service provided is that which you would expect at a high level corporate event.

-You will also have the chance to have your pictures taken in and around the race car with Jeremy, who will will show you around the pit facilities.

-We provide signed merchandise, caps, programmes, polo shirts and stickers.

Our Bespoke Hospitality Packages;

- Can include lunch in a private box.

- A Personal Hostess to guide you and your guests through the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

- A presentation from our driver Jeremy who is a trained and seasoned presenter. This presentation will give you and your guests a deeper knowledge of the workings of a race team and the specifications of the race car........ a must for any motorsport enthusiast!

- We can provide circuit hot laps for you and your guests, but unfortunately not on race weekends. These can be arranged to suit your schedule.

- We can also provide a factory tour so you can watch our race car from the work bench all the way to the chequered flag.

- The car and driver can be made available for your own marketing and publicity needs.
