Terms and Conditions1/.No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of an prize offered. 2/.In the event that our driver and or car is unable to compete in one, any or all of the rounds of the Championship during 2008 the backlink structure will remain in place for at least a duration of twelve months from date of purchase, however no refunds will be available in lieu of unavailable prize or prizes. 3/.Million Pixel Driver will accept no responsibility for the safety of their VIP guests while on the way to, at or on the way home from any race meeting. These events are attended at the guests own risk. 4/. Million Pixel Driver (MPD) offer no guarantee that a particular hospitality package item will be available at every race track. 5/. MPD make no representation on behalf of SEAT, do not represent SEAT and are not affiliated to SEAT in any way, except as a sponsor partner to one of SEAT Cupra Championship entrants. 6/. MPD will not accept any porn sites, illegal activity sites, drugs, viagra, hoodia or any other such tat, spam or nonsense. MPD reserve the right to remove any ads that are deemed offensive, racist, etc. Under these circumstances no refund will be offered. 7/. MPD reserve the right to approve the website address submitted for inclusion on our race car. No unsuitable url will be permitted. No alternate prize or compensation will be offered. 8/. In the event that less that 1000 10x10 squares are sold, Million Pixel Driver reserve the right to adjust the prize fund by a proportionate amount. |
